Kelly received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana, after earning a Master of Science in Diabetes & Cardiovascular Research from the University of Glasgow (Scotland) and a Bachelor’s in Microbiology from Montana State University. She utilizes her experience in research to apply current evidence-based interventions and technology to optimize patient outcomes. Her treatment philosophy focuses on functional strengthening, with the understanding that sustaining physical and mental well-being allows her patients to push the limits of adventure and maintain an active lifestyle throughout the lifespan.

She has a passion for working with running-related injuries, women's health, pelvic floor dysfunction, and lymphedema. She has completed outside coursework in pelvic health through the Herman & Wallace Institute. When not working closely with her patients, you can find her deep in the Bitterroots trail running, mountain biking, or skiing with her husband and their puppy.

Our Story

Owner and physical therapist, Dr. Suzy Berland, had a vision before she even started physical therapy school to open a clinic that offers a better way to keep our community healthy. In 2019, Infinity Health Physical Therapy and Wellness opened its doors to the Bitterroot Valley. Our mission is to provide a solution to keep the body moving and to empower each person who walks through the door to participate in life long "infinity health".

Infinity Health Experience

Our goal is to prevent injuries before they occur through a careful screening process, performed annually. A select number of interventions can then be prescribed to optimize movement patterns and keep our community healthy. If injuries do occur, we believe that after physical therapy intervention has improved function, patients should continue to be monitored with "check-in" or "booster" visits to keep them healthy for life. As Newton's 1st  Law states, "A body in motion will stay in motion, and a body at rest will stay at rest." Keep moving forward!
