infinity health

Our Mission

To provide a solution to keep the body moving and to empower each person who walks through the door to participate in life long "infinity health".

Our goal is to prevent injuries before they happen. If injuries do occur, an experienced physical therapist will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care.  Treatment is individualized to each patient, utilizing evidence-based practice. We strive to be effective and efficient at reducing pain and getting the patient back to their prior level of function as soon as possible.

Suzy Berland was born and raised in Montana. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2014 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Infinity Health was a dream of hers, even before starting physical therapy school, and she is excited to be able to finally share her vision with this community.

Functional Dry Needling

Dr. Kelly Christensen, PT is now certified in functional dry needling (FDN) through Kinetacore and has been treating patients with the technique since February 2021. Suzy is a very great PT! she is thoughtful, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable and great at what she does! Highly recommend!

Two years ago I tore my ACL while snowboarding and Suzy was my physical therapist. It was so nice working with her because she taught me about the ligaments in my knee and why they are each important. She was an amazing PT and gave me the “push” I needed to take care of my ACL after surgery. I 100% recommend Suzy to anyone who is in need of Physical Therapy. She is the best!

I've worked with Suzy for several years and she saw me through a recent knee surgery. She is so focused on doing the right things for each client and considers the emotional and mental well-being, as well as the physical. I highly recommend her for your physical health goals. She's a gem.

I selected Suzy because of her one-on-one approach, without all the gym equipment you can’t reproduce at home. She was very helpful and encouraging through my recovery, and even after. I cannot recommend her enough.

Suzy has been my Go-To physical therapist since I moved to the Bitterroot Valley nearly 5 yrs ago.

I began working with her after re-injuring my knee after meniscus surgery. After recovering I continued to work with her on age-related issues: arthritis, posture, back strength and hip and knee mobility.

Suzy is a superb physical therapist: She is knowledgeable in her field, curious about technological advances, compassionate, creative in treatment, kind, gentle,   understanding, she listens attentively and has a wonderful sense of humor making sessions interesting and fun.  Above all, Suzy is honest.  While I wanted to remain a patient,  she felt I  had sufficiently improved and recommended  and made arrangements for me to move in a different direction. It was exactly the advice I needed.

Suzy worked with me through a back injury caused by a fall and then a shoulder injury. What I loved most is she listened closely and cared about my goal of getting back to my normal workout routine. She didn't try to change my training - she worked with me individually so I could get back at it! She also spent extra time working on my deficiencies that contributed to the problem in the first place and gave me exercises I could do going forward to stay healthy! Overall she is so compassionate, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!
