OUR MISSION

To provide a solution to keep the body moving and to empower each person who walks through the door to participate in life long "infinity health".

THE INFINITY HEALTH EXPERIENCE

Our goal is to prevent injuries before they happen. If injuries do occur, an experienced physical therapist will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care.  Treatment is individualized to each patient, utilizing evidence-based practice. We strive to be effective and efficient at reducing pain and getting the patient back to their prior level of function as soon as possible.

OUR STORY

Owner and physical therapist, Dr. Suzy Berland, had a vision before she even started physical therapy school to open a clinic that offers a better way to keep our community healthy. In 2019, Infinity Health Physical Therapy and Wellness opened its doors to the Bitterroot Valley. Suzy wanted to focus the practice on wellness rather than illness and empower patients to learn how to move better and avoid injuries over the lifetime.

Dry Needling

ALl our physical therapists are certified in advanced dry needling and offer this unique and effective service to patients when appropriate. Functional Dry Needling (FDN) is used to improve patient outcomes by reducing muscle banding and inflammation and increasing blood flow to dysfunctional muscles in the body. With the advanced certification, our therapist are able to treat more complex muscles including along the thoracic spine, upper cervical regions, abdominals, and deep hip musculature. ​

Two years ago I tore my ACL while snowboarding and Suzy was my physical therapist. It was so nice working with her because she taught me about the ligaments in my knee and why they are each important.
